Delivery & Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated according to the total dollar amount of the order. All orders are shipped via USPS - Priority Mail.

If you require speedy service, please let us know when you place your order, and we will gladly accommodate your request.

Delivery is approximately (4) weeks from the date the order is placed for both Build-a-Bag and Gallery orders placed on our website.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want to be certain you are satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not, please contact us at: stacey@distinguishedbaglady.com

Item may be returned within (15) days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. We will cover return shipping if the item is returned due to defect.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Item must be not worn and in it's original condition.

Sales Tax

The Distinguished Bag Lady collects 5.6% sales tax on all orders shipped within Wisconsin.

Item Care

Our handbags are made from cotton based materials. We recommend spot washing with a mild detergent with no bleach. Air-dry and iron as required. Please refrain from using Shout ® on our handbags.
